LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — At Taps and Barrels, owner Mingcan Liu is brimming with enthusiasm as he serves up both smiles and craft beers. Driven by this zeal, he transformed it into a commercial endeavor by launching his taproom shortly following the pandemic.

Based on information from the Brewers Association, Liu represents just 2 percent of Asian American brewers in the U.S. As one of the larger local taprooms in the area with 36 changing beer selections, he mentioned that keeping things innovative is key to drawing repeat business from his patrons.

Therefore, I am passionate about sharing this drink with others," Liu mentioned additionally.
Liu expressed optimism about what lies ahead and manages to balance his professional commitments with personal life quite well.
So, for me, the larger hurdle is effectively managing my time," Liu stated. "I'm married with a son who's three and a half years old." He continued, "In terms of business, sustaining ourselves within this economic climate feels really challenging, but we're making it work, which makes me quite proud.
